APPLICATION FORM 2026-27
Please Note:
1. This document is an application form, and does not guarantee your child a place. If you decide to send your child to Gan Tammy, then after we accept his/her application, you will need to fill in the Parental Agreement below.
2. An application will not considered until both the form and the registration fee have been received TOGETHER WITH PROOF OF VACCINATIONS. (see "How To Register" on the left of this page)
3. At least one parent must attend one of the open houses at the gan (Note: parents of returning students do not have to attend but are very welcome to do so).
REGISTRATION FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026-27
Registration for next school year will open Wed Dec 24th 2025.
Age Groups
Children aged 1.5-2 years and for children aged 2-3 years old (in September 2026).
How To Register:
1. Fill in and bring the application form to one of the open days.
2. Please make sure to return the ₪450 registration fee with the application form* + proof of vaccinations**. (see below)
2. All new parents must attend one of the Open Houses scheduled for Friday Dec 26, at 12 pm and Tues Dec 30th, at 4 pm (if you cannot come on these dates, please get in touch with Tammy).

*Note: The ₪450 registration fee is non-refundable unless we are unable to offer your child a place &/or he or she is placed on the waiting list.
** Due to the Measles outbreak, Gan Tammy, along with many other ganim, signed up to מחוסגן, a national collaborative initiative between ganim and medical professionals, and we will only be accepting children who have proof of vaccination, in the form of תדפיס חיסונים [Immunization print-out], from Tipat Chalav or your health provider.
